1. Application for Services
Airway Broadband Shall hold the sole discretion to accept or deny the application for our services without assigning any reason, on rejection of said applicant the collected deposit shall be refunded.
2. Equipment & Responsibility
The user agrees that all devices provided by Airway Broadband Will be solely used for availing our services and the user will take full responsibility to take adequate care of given devices for the duration of the agreement, the user will also agree to reimburse or forfeit the deposit in case of willful default, transfer, relocate or damage caused to the devices installed by Airway broadband.
3. Lawful Use
The user agrees to use Airway broadband services provided by us or our partners and contracted companies for lawful use only.
4. Communication Consent
The user agrees to receive the calls on the number shared and such calls would be coming from a third-party platform.
5. Tariff and Plan Amendments
Airway Broadband may add to or change both Tariffs and plans, from time to time at its own discretion. The users are advised to regularly check for any amendments or changes.
6. Service Suspension
Airway Broadband holds sole discretion at suspending or discontinuing of its services by giving the user reasonable notice.
